A video interview with Daniel Goleman the author of 'Emotional Intelligence'. It is a friendly conversation with Daniel on his early experience with Vipassana Meditation - in the traditon of S.N.Goenka, his journey into Buddhist Psychology and Mindfulness. We also briefly touched upon topics such as the role of psychedelics, psychiatric drugs, psychotherapy, the importance of Sila & Prajna and having a daily meditation practice, the overlaps between Emotional Intelligence and Meditation, the nature of the mind etc.
